Exhibit Reception

I currently have 6 pieces, and hopefully it will be 8 pieces by June 2, on display in the lobby of the Sundance Kabuki Cinema in San Francisco. We are having a reception at 6 PM on June 2. Please come by if you can. You don’t have to purchase a ticket to go to the upstairs lobby.

Also in the exhibit are:

Bill Reitzel
and
Genea Barnes

  1. Congrats, Dan! Which images are on display there?

  2. Hi, Dan – Gorgeous images, every one! How large did you print them for this exhibit?

Just an FYI on your website – if you follow a link (like those above) directly to an image, the “previous” & “next” buttons throw an error if you click on them… No problem if you navigate down from the gallery level, though.

  3. They’re 26×30 and 27×32. That’s probably large enough for most walls but they look a little small on the Kabuki walls.

    – Dan.

  4. I know what you mean – I had some images printed at 30×45 for placement in a gallery, and suddenly the 16×24 prints I could make just didn’t seem to fill as much wall space… I now have a 24″ printer, but still lust after a nice 44″ or even 60″ machine…
    :^D

  5. Dan,

Congratulations on the exhibit. Seems odd to see your work next to the work of the other two photographers. Just seems like an odd mix of styles.

  6. Congratulations, Dan. Best of luck, and sell them all!

It is a diverse collection of photographs/photographers, but I often find that enjoyable to view in a single setting.
